WHERE THE INSPIRATION COMES FROM

Clouds from nature
This San Francisco mansion in Pacific Heights was four stories tall and very, very narrow. The solution was to give the illusion that there was more space. This was achieved by making the walls seem to disappear by painting both the walls and ceiling in clouds. The home was owned by a theater set and costume designer. The moldings were left bright white to add a feeling of formality. (Shelley Masters and Jamie Greenleaf III - Designers)
