WHERE THE INSPIRATION COMES FROM

Claude Monet - 1908 – Venice Sunset
This “mural” was created to embellish the walls of an almost windowless loft space in a downtown San Francisco building. By using an image of the sun and warm and bright colors in the space we created a feeling of nature and light. By keeping the imagery impressionistic and “water color” like the walls felt less solid and confining and gave the impression of more space. The mural was a cheerful contrast to the solid brick and cement walls. (Agnes Bourne – Designer)
